Shohidul Islam, 26, was jailed yesterday for throttling porn star Savannah Gold and slitting her throat. He was jailed for a minimum of eight years.
The busty porn actress and busty escort was found naked and pouring with blood after neighbours in South London heard screams. Shohidul Islam was arrested for the attack and also for attacking two bookies' with a fake gun.
When he reached Savannah Gold's home in Lambeth, he throttled her with a rope and bashed her with a plant pot. It was lucky that her neighbours heard her screams and were able to come to her rescue as blood was pouring out from her slit throat.
British actress Savannah, 26, has since recovered from the attack and she's still acting in porn movies in the US. It is not believed that the attack was linked to her job as an escort girl or actress but a random attack by a thief.
